SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped priority mail via the USPS to include tracking and insurance. Should we experience large order volume and we anticipate that your order may be delayed, we will make every effort to contact you via email.

During the summer months, we will ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure 2-day delivery. We do not want your shea butter spending the weekend in a warm post office/warehouse.

RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

For safety and hygiene reasons, our product cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns.

However, in the event you are in receipt of the incorrect item, we ask that you notify us, via email, within 48 hours. We will work expeditiously to ship the replacement item. Should the replacement item be out of stock, we will issue a refund in the amount of the purchase price.

Your satisfaction is our priority and we desire for you to have a positive experience shopping with us!

STORAGE

We recommended that you keep your Whipped Creations in a cool and dry place; away from direct heat/sunlight. The approximate shelf life is 12 months (1 year).

Please consider that when temperatures reach/exceed 75 degrees F, shea butter will start to soften or melt. We suggest refrigerating the product to restore it to its whipped form.
